Each 1,100 square foot villa is beautifully appointed and the fully equipped kitchens entice you to create culinary delights with the delicious fresh produce available from the island’s food markets or stores. The villas are either one of two bedroom properties and come complete with air conditioning, a furnished living room, WiFi access, a flat screen TV with cable, a six person dining room and balconies offering stunning views of the bay. There is also a top tier concierge service available to guests.
For those looking to reduce their carbon-footprint, the hotel provides units with reusable shopping bags to reduce plastic waste, and are also collecting glass separately for recycling, strongly supporting all green initiatives on Anguilla, helping to reduce the impact on the environment. The hotel also increased their solar panel plant on the utility buildings, increasing production to a maximum of 45KW. This investment compliments the water plant which produces up to 5,000 gallon of drinking water daily.
