The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman

5* out of 5 stars

Sophisticated and stylish, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman takes standards to new heights of luxury. The stunning Seven Mile Beach separates this pastel-tinged palace from an emerald Caribbean Sea, kept perfectly still by its westerly-facing location.

Inside the refined luxury continues with traditionally inspired décor, marble floored lobbies and grand colonnades, and service nothing short of first class.

Rooms and suites range from the private balconies of its guest rooms to the enormous private terraces of the Residential Suites, each lightly decorated in warm and welcoming pastel shades and brushed woods.

This Grand Cayman resort features a la prairie spa, an indulgent haven where one can sink into utter bliss. From the moment they arrive through its alluring entrance, la prairie spa envelops guests in a brilliant and seductive world of well-being. Treatments culled from many cultures indulge body and spirit, as the skin science of la prairie's Swiss Heritage meets the sensual delights of the tropics.

Two oceanfront pools, an ocean-facing Jacuzzi and fitness centre and a fully comprehensive watersports program do well to keep guests entertained, rejuvenated, and relaxed. Meanwhile a stunning Greg Norman-designed 9-hole golf course and Nick Bollettieri tennis centre can be found in amongst the sprawling landscaped gardens to the hotel rear.

A variety of delicious dining options are available on property, including the Caribbean's only AAA Five Diamond dining experience, Blue by Eric Ripert. In addition to this signature dining experience, we offer a collection of five additional restaurants and lounges, each promising an epicurean journey on Seven Mile Beach from morning to night.

The Ritz-Carlton remains dedicated to its local community, exhibiting and selling local art from its galleries and promoting the natural and cultural wonders of the Cayman Islands through its eco-tour operator and living laboratory - Jean-Michel Cousteau’s Ambassadors of the Environment.

Lastly The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman is idyllic as a romantic retreat, even more so for a beachfront wedding. Discover comprehensive wedding packages, classically elegant styling and an unparalleled location to tie the knot.

Food & Drink

Andiamo

Classic Italian cuisine meets casual Caribbean ambiance at Andiamo. Our al fresco Italian kitchen celebrates homemade favorites - fresh-made pasta, pizza and delicately grilled entrees - on a breezy terrace overlooking the resort's winding waterways. Homemade gelato, served from our whimsical cart, delights as families enjoy an afternoon at the Harbour Club Pool and Starfish Cay water park. Relax in the evenings with movies under the stars shown nightly at our adjacent theater.

Bar Jack

Named for the silvery reef fish so plentiful offshore, Bar Jack is Cayman's best sunset vantage point, poised right at the widest stretch of Seven Mile Beach. During the day and into the evening, dine on Caribbean favorites from the Chef’s grill, then watch the sunset with a well deserved cocktail.

Blue by Eric Ripert

With a name that evokes the inspiration for its seafood-inspired menu, diners can enjoy the mastery of Chef Eric Ripert's Grand Cayman Island's restaurant, Blue by Eric Ripert. The Caribbean's only AAA Five Diamond dining experience.

Seven

Named for the famous beach right outside its door, Seven restaurant blends casual Ritz-Carlton elegance with a dash of Caribbean flair. Savour a delicious breakfast in the light filled dining room or on the terrace overlooking Seven Mile Beach and Caribbean Sea. In the evening, revel in the Caribbean's ultimate steak experience.

Silver Palm Lounge

Immerse yourself in Caribbean elegance in the lounge named for the Cayman Islands' national tree, the silver thatch palm. The lounge features soaring arched windows and a view of waterways and fairways punctuated with lush tropical blooms.

Taikun

Taikun fuses the finest grade of sushi with authentic ingredients, sophisticated presentation and legendary Ritz-Carlton service. From traditional makis to the freshest sashimi to savory tempura rolls, Taikun delivers an experience worthy of its name, an ancient Japanese term of respect from which the English ‘tycoon’ was derived. One of the hallmarks of the Taikun experience is real wasabi grated tableside. The Taikun staff grates the rhizome against sharkskin in the traditional Asian fashion, ensuring the delicate wasabi root touches only organic materials.
