Premium All Inclusive is not a term Coconut Bay Beach Resort uses lightly. There’s a comprehensive range of benefits to suit every taste and age – all offered as part of the price, naturally. The resort is essentially ‘Two Worlds in One’; the Harmony package is available at Coconut Bay Resort’s adults-only wing, while the designated family-orientated wing provides the Splash package. Coconut Bay’s butterfly-like architectural design towers over the white-sand beach, while at its base you’ll find network of pools and a waterpark.

This is what Caribbean holidays are all about. Watersports, on-land activities, weddings and honeymoons are all catered for here. Try water aerobics, volleyball, tennis, and kitesurfing. Dedicated kids' club Cocoland will keep the little ones entertained with its splash water feature and brand new petting zoo, while perhaps you'd like to hit the spa? At the kids club, local mobile phones are available to sign out, allowing you the freedom to enjoy all of Coconut Bay St Lucia in the knowledge that they can check on the kids at any time.
The Sanctuary Spa is known for its superlative treatments and therapies, and even provides massages on the beach. Diners enjoy a a diverse selection of a la carte and local cuisines, whether seeking a casual meal or something a little more formal.

Coconut Walk serves a breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, made-to-order crepes and croissants to start your day. If you like to have it your way, come back for lunch and build your own sandwich, create a customised stir fry dish or build a fresh Caribbean salad. For dinner, you can come as you please when you please. Get a taste of the islands at Beach Grill with jerk chicken and lighter fare then indulge in cold stone ice cream at the dessert station. The most popular bartenders keep the energy high at this adults-only location. Join the party as the most popular bartenders (stars on YouTube) share island jokes, local stories or teach you a new song while you sip specialties such as the “Dirty Banana.” Signature drinks and charming bartenders keep guests coming back for more.
Jerk Tree House
The Jerk Treehouse takes diners to new heights with elevated views and a fun, flavorful menu in a casual outdoor setting. Chef’s secret jerk sauce (spicy) is the mouth-watering star on juicy pork and chicken with fresh-baked side dishes and fresh-squeezed sugar cane juice or Coconut Water to cool things down.
La Luna
Coconut Bay brings its fine dining to the intimate spaces at La Luna. This oceanfront setting is ideal for a romantic dinner for two or a private family gathering. Sip wine as the spectacular views of the Maria Islands melt into moonlight and sample La Luna’s sumptuous menu, the perfect accompaniment for every occasion. With a recent expansion, guests now have 360-degree access to their favourite bartenders who shake and blend their way into everyone’s hearts. A new deck with a gazebo and seating around fire pits make this the perfect place to meet new friends or relax over a cool drink. Peter John’s Rum Bar
This air-conditioned piano bar and club features live evening entertainment and DJs spinning the latest tunes to dance the night away. In addition to a full bar selection and custom cocktails guests, Peter John’s features the new Rums of the Caribbean, Coconut Bay’s unique collection of the region’s finest rums. Right outside is the Stargazers Lounge with seating and a fire pit making this the perfect setting to enjoy good rum, good times and of course the stars.

Modern Asian cuisine is served at Silk where red décor, superb service and fresh ingredients set the mood. The chefs specialise in fusing local ingredients into Mandarin-inspired dishes. Seating schedules accommodate both families and couples. Reservations for Silk must be made in advance in the lobby.
Splash Bar
Costumed bartenders set the stage for a bar that bustles with Caribbean fun. Open according to the evening entertainment schedule, this pool-side bar comes to life alongside the resort’s stage, which is reserved for popular and local acts. Ask your costumed bartenders to share the signature drink of the evening or collect your drink of choice while the line dancing to top Country, Soca or Reggae hits.
