Turyaa Kalutara

Mista
Mista Deli is the Hotel's quirky cafe that serves up an array of delicious specialty coffees, premium quality teas and gelato. Conveniently located at the lobby, the cafe is ideal for a tete-a-tete over a mug of Cappuccino with friends, or for a quick lick of exceptional gelato on a particular sunny day. It is also the Hotel's patisserie with a range of gourmet sandwiches, pastry and enticing hors-d'oeuvres made available.
Pink Lobster
Exclusively opened for dinner from 7pm - 11pm, Pink Lobster is the Hotel's Seafood restaurant that serves up a veritably sumptuous seafood feast, fresh from the ocean, especially featuring the catch of the day. Guests could choose their preferred method of preparation, ranging from grilled, steamed, fried or curried seafood favourites; and also pick between Thai, Sri Lankan, Chinese and Continental cuisine preparations. Set against the azure sea, the restaurant is a festival of delectable oceanic flavours.
Plunge Bar
Plunge is the Hotel's North wing Pool Bar with a penchant for blissful solitude. Peaceful and calming, the Bar is ideal to sip on a cool beer and simmer down after a long day. Christened the 'Quiet Pool' of the Hotel, the Bar emanates a soulful stillness that is conducive to quiet musings and recuperation.
Samasa
Open 24 hours of the day, Samasa is the Hotel's Coffee Shop that caters an assortment of caffeine inspired beverages, and accompanying goodies, including internationally favourite hors-d'oeuvres and short-eats. For the more gastronomically adventurous guests, at night, Samasa serves up delectable fusion cuisine that is billed to take diners on an unforgettably flavoursome journey. The fusion menu is exclusively available during dinner.

Svar is the Hotel's main restaurant, complete with show cooking counters that display creative cooking performances for the entertainment of guests. The restaurant serves up buffet style International cuisine, and hosts a variety of special themed nights on occasions.
Taaza
Taza is the Hotel's Arabic restaurant, serving up an array of Middle Eastern favourites ranging from falafel, fattoush, hummus, authentic shawarmas and scrumptious umm ali for dessert. The cuisine is prepared with fresh ingredients, carefully sourced to preserve the authentic flavours of the Middle East. Taza is deemed more so entertaining, thanks to its featured Shisha lounge overlooking the crashing turquoise waves.
Twist Bar
Twist is the Hotel's South wing Pool Bar with a magnificent view of the turquoise sea. Amidst echoes of laughter, and toe tapping, groovy music played round the clock, the Bar specializes in mixology and glasses out an assortment of exquisite cocktails that become an immediate hit. The Bar even hosts fun and friendly competitions that offer winners the opportunity to walk away with free cocktails!
