What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you submit a holiday enquiry or make a booking, either by telephone or online, we will ask you to provide us with your personal details. This will include such information as the full names of all passengers travelling, together with the ages of children and address, email and telephone number of the lead client. We will also require your credit card details if this is the method chosen to make payment. This information will be passed to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as tour operators, airlines, hotels and local representatives. We do not share any of this information with any other organisations.
We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your personal details as specified by the Data Protection Act. However, if requested, we may be required to disclose this information to public authorities such as Customs and Excise, Immigration or the Police, which is a legal requirement.
