Riad Farnatchi

5* out of 5 stars

Nestled within one of Marrakech’s most vibrant market locales is one of Marrakech’s finest luxury riads. The impressive, intricately designed Riad Farnatchi has garnered praise year-upon-year, from Food and Travel Magazine 2013, Harper’s Bazaar in 2012 and Conde Nast Traveller in 2011, as well as receiving a 2013 Traveller’s Choice award from TripAdvisor.

Everything in Riad Farnatchi is designed to bring maximum comfort, traditionally decadent Moroccan styling and top class modern amenities – from hand made beds, Egyptian cotton sheets and Bose iPod docks in its luxury suites, marble fountains and elegant bathrooms, to its comfortable terraces, beautiful roof garden and dining areas. Old-world meets modern-world in its designs, as bold colours and intricate patterns are used to contemporary effect.

Riad Farnatchi has an opulent hammam-style spa and beauty area that are a marvel to behold. One of the finest spas in the city, one feels instantly transported back to Ottoman times within the enclave of pure indulgence. Much more than a spa, this is a completely immersive experience. Lastly the Riad is now famous for allowing its guests the chance at fully organised private parties, direct from the suite.

Please note: Guests are required to pay a local government tax at hotels in Morocco. The cost varies depending on hotel and area, but should be no more than £5 per room per day. The tax will be payable in local currency.
