Scott found the overall in-flight product to be ‘amazing’, and praised the attentive and considerate service from all cabin crew. Even in economy (his London to Langkawi trip took in stop-offs at Doha and Penang en route), the impeccable service continued, he said. The seats may have been smaller than the premium cabin, but Scott couldn’t find fault with the entertainment, food, spaciousness and service.
