Here is another episode of Kenwood Travel’s series on St Lucia. Although it’s not directed by David Lynch, it features two twin peaks: the Pitons.

Robyn is now in Soufriere, St Lucia, on the south of the island. This tranquil town is home to the so-called ‘only drive-in volcano in the world,’ the Sulphur Springs and, of course, the Pitons – two volcanic plugs in a World Heritage Site of 771m and 743m high.

We’ve got an interview with the charming chef of Orlando’s Restaurant at the foot of the Pitons.

No-one better than Orlando Satchell to tell our Caribbean correspondent about the region, a man whose restaurant was recently named the number one in Saint Lucia by TripAdvisor.

Watch the video and learn what makes this part of the island so special, when is the best time to enjoy the Sulphur Springs and what’s the most important ingredient he uses.
