The resort also offers you a wealth of aquatic adventures with diving and snorkelling available so you can explore the secrets of the deep with trips to wondrous coral reefs and mysterious shipwrecks. You can also benefit from free lessons and equipment for a wide variety of non-motorised water sports. If you prefer your activities on dry land then you can utilise the astroturf tennis courts for a match or group lessons, there are bicycles that you can rent for free to enjoy the landscape and a fully equipped gym for all your fitness needs.

Deluxe Beachfront

Located on the second floor these light and bright rooms have all the comfort you will need complete with the glorious ocean view stretching before you when you wake each morning on your private balcony

Superior Deluxe Beachfront

The newest rooms are beautifully appointed with space and comfort as key. The vaulted ceilings give a contemporary feel and you can lie in your king size bed and look straight out to the gorgeous beach and sea beyond. With a secluded shady terrace and your own sun loungers, this is truly paradise. The bathrooms are chic and modern.

Gauguin Suite

Situated on the edge of a bird sanctuary lagoon, starting just 50 yards from the beach. Each romantic suite consists of two thatched rondovals with a large enclosed air conditioned sitting area that provides views of the garden and plunge pool - one rondoval is the bedroom - the other a bath/dressing room (shower only). The Gauguin Suites have cool white tile flooring with stone accents. Each Gauguin Suite has a plunge pool which is either rectangular or freeform in shape, each one concealed from its neighbour by a combination of the lush tropical vegetation and screens made from natural wood branches. Flanked by paved sun decks with outdoors shower they measure either 7 ft. by 9 ft. or 7 ft. by 13 ft. and are either step-up or level to the ground. Maximum occupancy: 2 persons.

Premium Beachfront Suite

The first thing you'll notice about your Premium Beachfront Suite is the fabulous beachfront location. Then you'll quickly realise that the suite accommodations offer all the comforts and amenities you'd expect of an award-winning resort.The 32 new Premium Suite offer a stylish departure in décor ''from'' an original Caribbean-style room. These suites have a luxurious feel, with gleaming granite, tropical photographs and dark acacia wood furnishings that are both understated and refined. Step down into the sunken living room and open the sliding, floor-to-ceiling doors, then perch on a stylish sofa to enjoy the sea breeze and stellar views. You'll also notice the opulent feel of 400-thread-count sheets and the cosy throws that grace new king beds.

Food & Drink

Gauguin Restaurant & Bar

Here, you'll dine in a cabana for two by flickering candlelight among the palm trees. The varied menu, which changes daily, blends the cuisines of the West Indies, the Pacific Rim and Europe. Enjoy a variety of wines by the glass with your dinner, perhaps starting with the curry-scented spinach soup with roasted corn or peppered yellowfin tuna, followed by pan-fried fillet of butterfish with sweet chilli sauce and stir-fried vegetables. Top off your meal with fresh-brewed coffee and a sweet surprise, like the delightfully decadent crème brulee.

Ismay's Restaurant & Bar

The most luxurious cuisine at this Resort, Ismay's Restaurant & Bar stunning timber building situated at the southern end of the ¾ mile white sand beach adjacent to the beautiful shell bay. Menu offers guests the best of islands local flavours with everything from classic West Indian "roti" to seafood gumbo and the classic Rastafarian dish "ital". For a $45pp surcharge, you can celebrate that special occasion or romantic evening looking out at the Caribbean Sea.

Rum Shack

Set in the garden by the lagoon, the new Rum Shack opens daily from 6pm to 11pm giving guests the opportunity to experience the Caribbean through its famous Rums whether guests prefer their rum straight, on ice or in a cocktail. The Rum Shack stocks 20 rums from across the Caribbean from Antigua to Trinidad for guests to sample. The Rum Shack is part of the All Inclusive but there will be the opportunity for guests to sample additional speciality rums from the Caribbean at an additional charge as part of rum degustation & tastings.

Tee Pee Bar

Make a point of stopping by the distinctive TeePee Bar, with its high peaked roof. It's famous for the Galley Bay Special, a delightful frozen mixture of Cavalier light rum, coconut cream, grenadine and fresh bananas. The TeePee Bar is a popular gathering spot where guests enjoy each other's company and spectacular sea views, both day and night.

The Galley Bay Coffee Shop

The Galley Bay Coffee Shop is included in the All Inclusive and serves cappuccino, espresso, café latte and a selection of herbal teas and fresh juices. Treats to eat include home made pastries, croissants, banana muffins, coco bread as well as macaroons, chocolate meringue, brownies, freshly made cakes and evening cookies & home made chocolates. Guests can enjoy their drinks and sweet treats in the indoor lounge or in the garden in the sunshine. The new Coffee Shop is located by the library area, close to the lagoon.

Elegant but relaxed beachside setting offering buffet, continental and a la carte breakfast; a la carte lunch and award-winning Caribbean-fusion cuisine in the evening.
