Named after the beautiful mountain area in the north of Vietnam, these rooms are tastefully appointed, and equipped with all the modern conveniences you could want. Especially suited for groups of friends or for large families wanting to be grouped together, there are seven Sapa House rooms in the block, set on two levels, and surrounded by the lush tropical plants of the gardens. As with all the accommodation, the rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, comfortable beds, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, television, mini bar facilities and safety box. Total room size 29.5m2

Larger than our standard Sapa House rooms, Superior Sapa House rooms boast complete privacy and exclusivity. You can select from two types of Superior Sapa House rooms: Ground floor rooms with cosy private garden and indoor shower, or upper floor rooms with private veranda and outdoor shower.

Set within an intimate, interlacing labyrinth of garden pathways that run through the lush gardens are the Superior Garden View Bungalows. The Superior Bungalows include very popular open-air bathrooms, some rooms allowing you the pleasure of showering under the Asian night sky in complete privacy. All bungalows have bathtubs as well as showers, and feature a veranda overlooking the gardens, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the tranquil environment. As with all the accommodation in Mia, the rooms are spacious, modern, and designed for your comfort in mind. The bungalows all include air-conditioning, mosquito nets, en-suite bathrooms, a mini bar, safety box and a television. Truly a home away from home, Sailing Club’s 4-Bedroom Family Villa is a two-storey house with 3 double bedrooms, one twin room, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchenette, expansive dining room and separate lounge and TV room.

Three of the bedrooms are situated on the upper floor and lead onto a large open balcony overlooking lush tropical gardens. The master bedroom has a sizeable dressing room and large en-suite bathroom while the two smaller bedrooms share a second bathroom. The fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor along with an open-concept, living area complete with a private veranda and garden, making this the ideal option for families or groups of friends travelling together.
