Highland Reserve Bonville Retreat 325BON OPS

This Highlands Reserve property is a two storey home away from home. Guests can make use of three double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and three bathrooms. There’s a living and dining area at the front of the villa with enough seating for six, plus a sofa and two armchairs. The sofa also converts into a double bed, which is ideal for kids. With comfortable seating, a TV, DVD players and a door leading to the pool, this is a great place to spend your time with family or friends. Note that this villa has not yet upgraded to flat screen TVs.

The area leads to a fully equipped kitchen that features a table with four chairs, plus a breakfast bar. Guests will then find a second living area with comfortable seating and a pool deck door. The pool area is fenced off from the surrounding villas, and comes with a Jacuzzi and small garden. For younger children, a child safety fence is available if required.

Disney is approximately a 20 -25 minutes’ drive from the Highlands Reserve community, subject to traffic. There is a Publix supermarket a few minutes’ drive away, and a number of bars and restaurants nearby. Plus you'll discovcer a vast selection of shops along Highway 192 in Kissimmee, less than 10 minutes from the villa. The Highlands Reserve community itself offers guests a number of amenities, including a communal pool, tennis courts, children’s playground, golf course, putting green, driving range and bar.

Know before you go: Pool heating is recommended from November – April and comes at an additional cost. In cooler weather conditions (below 55°F / 12°C), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. Please be advised that guests will be asked to complete a registration/ security deposit form with their credit card details, to hold against any accidental damages/breakages. In addition to this, there is a mandatory non-refundable charge of $28 per week. This covers the first $500 of accidental damage. Anything over $500 will be charged to the clients’ credit card upon proof of damage.
