Amenities include a flat screen TV, a door to the pool area and a fully equipped kitchen with an American style fridge/freezer. There is also a utility room with a washer and dryer.

All bedrooms have a TV and the master room has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath tub and separate shower. This oversized bedroom also has its own separate sitting area with a second TV and a door to the pool deck. The villa’s private pool is west facing, features a Jacuzzi, a pool blanket, and backs onto a conservation area.
