Frangipanier
Fringed by a pool, Frangipanier, the hotel’s main restaurant, specialises in theme buffets and live cooking. Beckoning guests to eat al fresco is a spacious terrace stretching in the shade of coconut trees. The restaurant is well known for its live cooking shows and delicious buffets.
Le Planteur Bar
Bar and terrace overlooking a landscaped water feature in the gardens. Open from 9am - 11pm, with sandwiches served from 10am - 4pm.
Navigator
Set apart from the hotel’s main areas and housed in a former colonial mansion, Navigator restaurant and its adjoining bar are beautifully decorated in natural wood, stone and thatch. The restaurant’s terraces, adorned with 18th century canons, are the perfect spot to take in views of the nearby islets.
Serenata
This cosy a la carte restaurant treats its patrons with mouthwatering Italian cuisine. Open six evenings a week from 7.30pm - 9.30pm. Reservations are required.
