Food & Drink

Auden Bistro & Bar

Auden Bistro and Bar provides guests of The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park with an ideal Manhattan dining destination featuring Chef Mark Arnao’s refined adaptation of traditional bistro cuisine in the heart of New York City. Featuring clean flavors, and simple, yet refined presentations, the restaurant’s menu emphasizes regionally sourced ingredients and sustainable seafood.

Contour

The classic cocktail culture of New York City is revived at this all-day gastro lounge. Contour is expressed in the fluid, Matisse-inspired lines that adorn the ceiling; the easy, steady flow of drinks, energy and conversation; and the experience itself, which transforms throughout the day. Small plates showcase locally sourced ingredients, and cocktails, in their preparation and presentation, are beautifully refined. The social rhythm of the city is weaved through Contour’s three spaces including a marble bar and two distinct lounge spaces.

The Star Lounge

With local works of art from contemporary landscape artist, Steve Hannock and post-impressionist New York City native Samuel Halpert adorning the walls, this striking stand-up bar and beautifully appointed lounge with high ceilings and a dramatic wine display features drinks by famed Ritz-Carlton bartender, Norman Bukofzer. A warm and inviting spot for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner; cocktails and light fare are served into the late hours.
