The simplicity of the concept is that should your circumstances change prior to departure and you are unable to commit, then we will be as flexible as possible to limit the risk of loss of deposit or full payment. This Promise obviously extends to our Kenwood Travel Sale which is on now and where you can find great offers and exclusive deals on holidays to the Maldives, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia as well as Florida.
We have collaborated with our exclusive partners to have more flexibility which will benefit our clients as the travel industry recovers as a whole. We will allow certain changes to be made to the booking where permitted within our control:
- Low deposits with instalment options
- Delayed balance payments subject to ticket and hotel reservations & restrictions
- No amendment fees
- Options to postpone holiday
- Change destination
- Name changes where permitted
- A dedicated personal travel expert with direct contact details
- Ability to cancel your holiday to put your deposit into a credit status
Please note certain holidays are not always 100% flexible, and your advisor will explain at the time of booking the terms of your booking involving our Promise such as early ticket deadlines or hotel payments and cancellation fees that are outside our control; always making sure that you are well informed throughout the whole process.
