Health & Safety at Caesars Palace Dubai
Caesars Palace Dubai is delighted to be able to welcome guests back to the resort for a comfortable and worry-free experience. Renewed attention to exacting hygiene standards and fresh protocols are in place to ensure a healthy and happy holiday at Caesars Bluewaters. Recent measures added to an already rigorous housekeeping programme as per the recommendation of local health authorities include: temperature screenings for guests and staff on arrival, enforced regulations on social distancing and reduced capacity in public areas, reinforced training and increased disinfecting of the entire premises.

Please note: A Tourism Dirham is in place in Dubai. As such, all guests staying at any hotel will be required to pay the amount of AED20 per night for a 5 star hotel, AED15 per night for a 4 star hotel and AED10 per night for a 3 star hotel. This will be collected by the hotel at time of check in/out.
Please note: Neptune Pool and Bar located in the Palace Tower will be closed for renovations from 10th August 2021 and will reopen in the first week of October 2021. Fortuna Pool & Bar located in Julius Tower will remain operational daily from 8:30am - 7pm with beach access from 8am until sunset. Buggies are available on standby to direct guests from Palace Tower to Fortuna Pool & Bar.
