At the Amsterdam Manor beach Resort, the Van Schaijk family offer an all-inclusive option including a daily American breakfast buffet, a la carte lunch at Passions Beach Bar or Tulip Brasserie, a la carte dinner at Mango’s Restaurant or Tulip Caribbean Brasserie, a la carte dinner at Passions on the Beach, a weekly night themed dinner at Mango's Restaurant and unlimited house-brand and premium beverages and cocktails at the Horizon's Bar. But this extensive list of all-inclusive goodness doesn’t stop, with one off the property dinners a week at selected restaurants. There’s a managers cocktail party to look forward to, as well as free use of any snorkels, floats or mountain bikes.
