Celebrity Edge® marks a turning point in our approach to ship design. From the very first sketches to experiencing those designs in a virtual reality setting, every step was done in 3-D. From the incredible new Magic Carpet® to the private plunge pools in our new 2-story Edge Villas, we could design the most refined ship at sea. The unique outward facing design breaks from traditional ship design. Aboard, you’ll feel more connected with the sea and the places you’ll visit in a variety of spaces ranging from our Edge Staterooms with Infinite Verandas®, to our reimagined, terraced pool deck that offers even greater views of the destinations and shimmer of ocean.
Design is extremely important in everything we do. So, in creating The Retreat® venues, we collaborated with acclaimed designer Kelly Hoppen, MBE. With 40 years of experience at the forefront of the design industry, she’s one of the most sought after interior designers in the world. Kelly’s globally renowned and ever-evolving style is underpinned by a subtle coordinated fusion of East meets West, featuring clean lines and neutral tones blended with charming warmth and sumptuous opulence.
Kelly brought her extraordinary talent and fresh perspective to the project to create distinct spaces that completely surround you in modern luxury. From the high-end resort venues like The Retreat® Lounge, Sundeck, and Pool to the intimate and inviting spaces including Luminae restaurant and the luxurious collection of suites, Kelly has created venues and suites for The Retreat® on our Celebrity Edge® Series ships—and across the fleet as part of the Celebrity Revolution—that stand apart from any other spaces at sea.

Positioned high above the bridge, these all-new suites offer panoramic views from front to back. And with over 2,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor opulence, Iconic Suites are also the most luxurious and largest in our fleet.
The Iconic Suite is our most luxurious and spacious suite in the fleet. Positioned high on top of the ship, above the bridge, the Iconic Suites offer sweeping, panoramic views from front to back. They’re also the largest suites in the fleet: Each Iconic Suite is an opulent 1,892 square feet. This doesn’t include the expansive outdoor space—where you’ll find a private hot tub, stylish furnishings, and a covered, double daybed—which adds more than 689 square feet to the grand total. Iconic Suites boast two bedrooms (each with a king-sized CashmereTM Collection bed) and two full bathrooms, featuring a full shower, whirlpool tub, and nothing but the best amenities. Enough space for six guests to comfortably unwind in, there’s even an in-suite butler pantry for those occasions when you feel like entertaining. Exclusive to Celebrity Edge series, these six, two-story luxury residences are the first of their kind in the fleet. In these private oceanfront villas, indoor and outdoor living is seamlessly blended. When you book The Retreat you also get a private restaurant, a lounge and a sundeck all exclusive to guests of The Retreat.

Fine Cut Steakhouse delivers an upscale dining experience for dinner with service that’s elevated to an art form. Match that with views overlooking the three-storey open design and stunning al fresco seaside dining on a private, hedge-lined terrace that looks out over the sea. Inside, the space is warm and inviting with a glamorous palette of rich ruby, amber, and gold design elements. There’s even a distinctive, private dining room within the restaurant that’s enveloped within a wine storage installation. The design was inspired by the superior workmanship of a couture jeweler - in fact, we affectionately refer to this dazzling space as the "jewel box".
While the design creates an ambiance of sophistication, the cuisine offers up the sizzle - literally. With a wide selection of the choicest meats to the freshest, premium seafood, there’s something for everyone here. From the grill, try the Tomahawk Ribeye for Two or the 30-day Dry-aged Prime Strip Steak. And, with a wide selection of premium sauces and toppings to choose from, you can have your steak exactly the way you like it.

The Retreat® takes our passion for fine dining to delicious new heights at Luminae, the private restaurant for all guests of The Retreat. Magic Carpet
Reaching 13 storeys above sea level, the Magic Carpet is the world’s first cantilevered, floating platform, and the highlight of the exterior of Celebrity Edge®. This spectacular space opens to several decks onboard and transforms into a new and exciting venue depending on where it’s positioned.
On deck 5, Raw on 5 is visited by the Magic Carpet, which becomes an open-air casual seafood restaurant alongside Raw on 5. Normandie Restaurant features contemporary French cuisine in a modern, upscale, refined design that evokes the romance of springtime in Paris, with a color palette reminiscent of cherry blossoms in full bloom. Discover regional European wines, unique cocktails, including Le Forum Cocktail (a perfectly proportioned blend of gin, vermouth, and Grand Marnier), tantalising starters like the Alsatian Potato and Gruyere Tart, and main courses such as Cassoulet of Confit Duck. Raw on 5
It makes sense that in the middle of the ocean, you might think "seafood". Well, we’ve taken that to heart as inspiration for our new restaurant, Raw on 5.
Raw on 5 has an amazing array of delicacies from the sea - and beyond. At the entrance, you’ll be greeted by a dramatic raw bar display showcasing an abundance of fresh seafood, including oysters, crab, and lobsters. Inside, you’ll see our sushi chef creating mouthwatering bites, fresh sashimi, caviar, and an incredible selection of champagnes. The spirited menu features unique cocktails like the Spicy Mango Tini, and there are even sections of the menu dedicated to Vodka and Champagne selections.
Start your meal off with something from the Raw section, perhaps the Oysters or the Scallop Ceviche. Or how about a vodka to pair with your caviar? There’s a hot section, too, with Crispy Crab Cakes, Steamed Mussels, and more. In fact, there’s such a wide assortment of Sashimi, Rolls, and Ceviche that you’ll want to come back time and again to catch all of the incredible offerings.

Le Petit Chef and Family
Tabletops come to life with a brand new Le Petit Chef experience—an animated fusion of entertainment and dining, featuring dishes such as filet mignon. This new animation begins with Le Petit Chef as a 12 year old boy, who meets a girl which later becomes his wife. They go on to marry, have children and grow old together. Their life and cooking is chronicled throughout each of the seasons.

Oceanview Café
Featuring sweeping two-story, floor-to-ceiling windows, the Oceanview Café lives up to its name more than ever before. One of our signature favourites, we’ve added more live action stations, including an Asian stir fry station with flavours inspired by the spice route and a bakery serving up fresh selection from the oven.
Mast Grill
There’s no better place to sample some hearty fare than on the top deck at the Mast Grill. Enjoy ocean views and curb your hunger with a burger, salad, or sandwich in a relaxed, poolside atmosphere. Cheers!

Resort Deck
At the Resort Deck, you’ll find endless ways to be entertained while enjoying the outdoors and connecting with the sea. Celebrated architect Tom Wright worked his magic on a variety of spaces on the Resort Deck to create a venue unlike any other.
The Rooftop Garden is a living playscape designed to awaken the inner-child in all of us. During the day, drift away to the rhythm of live musical performances∘ or sip a cocktail as you as you gaze out over the open∘ ocean. At night, experience A Taste of Film, an interactive fusion of food and film that will excite your palate and your imagination. See a live outdoor concert, curl up and enjoy our Rooftop Garden Cinema Series, or gaze up at the sea of stars above you at our Beyond the Edge Astronomy Series.
With oversized art installations including unique treetop sculptures; two 2-storey hot tubs; and 165-square-feet by 18-feet-high private Cabanas, The Pool Deck is a spectacular asymmetrical space with a distinct resort-style atmosphere. Situated alongside the 25-yard lap pool is the Pool Bar. A serene spot to relax, sip your favourite cocktail and take in your stunning surroundings.
The Magic Carpet
When it comes to extraordinary venues, Celebrity has the edge.
The highlight of their outward-facing vision is the Magic Carpet. The size of a tennis court, and reaching∘ heights of 13 storeys above sea level, it is the world’s first cantilevered, floating platform. Majestically situated on the starboard side of Celebrity Edge, it is designed with comfortable∘ seating, a full bar, and space for live music performances – so it truly is a destination itself. This spectacular space opens to several decks and transforms into a new and exciting venue depending on where it’s positioned.

Pool Deck
Soak up the sunshine on The Retreat Sun Deck, our chic, spacious outdoor area with stylish furniture, a full-sized pool, a hot tub and dedicated Pool Butlers – a private paradise aboard a floating paradise. Or head for the shade of The Retreat Lounge, available 24/7 and located just off The Retreat∘ Sun Deck. Guests have access to a concierge who can make any arrangements – on board or off.
The Theatre

The Theatre is a truly contemporary space designed to blur the line between audience and performance and immerse you in entertainment like never before. With four stage areas, three moving backdrops, rotating spiral staircases, 16 synchronised projectors, and a duodirectional rotating platform that raises almost seven feet above the stage, The Theatre will take performances to a whole new level - literally.
The productions in The Theatre will wow audiences of all ages. From the edgy experiences produced by the Black Skull Creative∘ group to the whimsical productions of Three In One Entertainment consultants - be prepared to leave disbelief at the door. You will be mesmerised with cast shows like no others at sea.
The Club
The Club. A dynamic, progressive space that changes its persona from morning to… well, early the next morning.
During the day, think of The Club as a gathering space - hone your creativity during Art Hour or game it up during the Rec Room series, with Laser Maze, Drone Hunting and Racing, Retro Gaming, and interactive∘ game shows. In the evening, The Club transforms into a place where talk shows, game shows, live music performances∘ and DJs reign supreme. Pull up a seat at the bar and relax or jump into the action.
At night, The Club transforms into a place of discovery and imagination. The nightlife here is full of innovative and engaging moments you’ll be talking about for days. One night in The Club will have you ready to come back for more.
Eden
Eden is a mind-blowing venue designed to entertain you by indulging every one of your senses in an atmosphere that changes from chillful mornings to playful afternoons to sinful evenings. It’s a fusion that creates a delightfully unexpected array of immersive experiences.
With a multi-level architectural design it’s unlike anything at sea. Layer in a lively, open air kitchen, and menus that deliver sensory and experiential dishes served by performance artists we call Edenists. Blend in entertainment∘ produced by Variety Worldwide, a leader in fusing non-traditional theater with nightlife and dining such as Queen of the Night and Kazino. The Grand Plaza
The Grand Plaza, a majestic, open, three-storey venue onboard our brand new ship Celebrity Edge. Inspired by the piazzas of Italy and the invigorating energy of everyone coming together to savour a taste of the good life. Home to our incredible∘ speciality restaurants, featured on different levels of the plaza - along with our popular Martini Bar, Café al Bacio, and the new Grand Plaza Café - the Grand Plaza is the ultimate gathering place on Celebrity Edge.
Located at the heart of the ship, The Grand Plaza has an energy that draws everyone to it morning, noon, and night. When you first enter The Grand Plaza, the sheer size of it will surprise you - three decks open up to create an airy space that you might find in a cosmopolitan city - it's like nothing else at sea. Your eyes will immediately be drawn to The Chandelier, a striking lighting feature that rises up over the Martini Bar∘ to ceiling three decks above. It's as much an art installation as it is a chandelier.
The Grand Plaza is a transformational place that offers a different experience every time you visit. From day to night, the lighting changes from warm and inviting to bright and dramatic. Throughout the day and evening, you'll discover ever-changing entertainment, including live music and spontaneous∘ performances that change the mood from one moment to the next. Martini Bar
Our popular Martini Bar - always an attention-seeker on any of our ships - is now the focal point of the entire Grand Plaza. The Chandelier, a breathtaking chandelier-meets-art-installation immediately draws your eye from anywhere in the space. Below its atmospheric glow, the bar curves gracefully∘ around to invite conversation and interaction with our talented flair bar tenders who'll impress you with their gravity-defying skills.
Choose from a wide variety of tantalising libations, including our Bella Cera that blends Chameleon cachaça, Bombay Sapphire gin, lime juice, Angostura bitters, and ginger beer. Or try the Marmalade Smash that fuses Bulleit bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, orange marmalade, and fresh ginger. Pull up a chair and raise a glass.
