Coral
Coral - Welcome to Coral! a thatch roof, a wood structure, recycled metal, much wood, woven rattan and woven bamboo, just like the “casiers”: basket traps used by local fishermen, on the island. At lunch time, guests can stop over for snacking and light lunches around the pool or at the table.
Kot Nou
If caripoulé, margoze, lalo et pipangaille do not ring a bell… “pena problem!” You will soon learn! A pretty local hut under a bright yellow tin roof is home to Kot Nou, our Mauritian signature restaurant. A true reflection of the island’s culinary traditions, it proposes blends of spicy and exquisite tastes and subtle new flavours from various faraway lands.
Lemongrass
From Mauritius to Asia…tonight the stopover is Lemongrass! This new gastronomic addition offers the most typical dishes of Asian cuisine: delicious sushi and teppanyaki from Japan, a hop over in Thailand or Indonesia for a genuine pad thai or satay…Authentic modern Japanese atmosphere under a thatch roof…Black and white floor, chairs and lampshades, light oak, wrought iron and stainless steel confer a very contemporary look to Lemongrass. Our well-known Mauritian artist Evan Sohun invites us to his aquatic fish ballet among the mangrove, quite a surprising and unexpected experience!

Taba-J
In the shade of a hundred years old banyan tree, Taba-J is waiting! Colourful and fun like most typical street food carts in the villages or along the beaches, it hosts genuine Mauritian street food: rotis, dholl puri and gato arouille among many other favourite local specialities.
Tea Baz
Tea Baz is almost a tea bar! Open at tea-time, tea lovers will appreciate the aniseed, vanilla or cardamom flavoured hot and chilled teas, pastries and cakes.
