The beach was recently expanded to 16,000 square feet including a new lounge area with three in-water hammocks for those lazy afternoons swaying in the sun - the only facility of its kind in St Lucia. Lush new landscaping featuring 30 coconut palm trees and foxtail palms accompanies the beach expansion, as does new lighting which makes romantic evening dining even more special. More recently, 20 sunshade umbrellas and sea turtle safe amber coloured lights were installed on the beach to prevent baby turtles being confused by bright lights after hatching.

Dragonfly
Savour tempting Indian and Chinese dishes presented family-style. Entrees served individually but sharing is encouraged. Enjoy Chinese creations prepared with last-minute freshness and Indian dishes with spices roasted daily. Tandoori foods and naan breads come fresh out of the tandoor oven. Dragonfly is open for dinner 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Reservations required. Reserved Tuesdays and Fridays for themed buffet events. Tuesday: Caribbean Night, boasting a wide range of local fare and exciting entertainment. Friday: Barbeque Night, with smoky selections for every taste. Served on the beach, weather permitting. Dragonfly has recently been expanded with increased patio seating.
Embers
Situated on the beautiful crescent-shaped beach, Embers is renowned for its island-casual atmosphere and fresh barbeque and grilled specialties. Its signature JA Wrap features a roti flatbread wrapped around shredded jerk chicken, rice, peas and veggies. Embers is also the setting for an elaborate Sunday brunch buffet. Just steps away, kids of all ages stop by Toppers Ice Cream Shack for ice cream, smoothies and homemade sorbets, which are complimentary for guests on the all-inclusive plan. Following recent renovations, Embers beach bar has been expanded.
Jammers bar and restaurant
Basking right at beachside, Jammer's Beach Bar & Grill offers all-day dining in a laid-back but lively atmosphere. Here, beachgoers can relax and chat in the shade, sipping ice-cold beers and cool tropical drinks on the sheltered deck. The casual setting offers a rather surprising backdrop for exquisite dishes such as Jammer's signature shrimp Creole—Chef Munn's Caribbean version of shrimp Provencal. The menu also features burgers, rotis (wraps), salads with fresh island ingredients, and a variety of other temptations. When evening falls, Jammer's Restaurant and Bar becomes a hot spot for socialising, enjoying live calypso, reggae or steel drum music, and sampling the resort's refreshingly unique cocktails. Bar Manager Bartholomew Thomas mixes creative flair, fine ingredients and distinctive presentations to develop his extensive, inventive drink menu. Among the most popular and delectable drinks is 14 x 61, a luscious frozen blend named for the latitude and longitude of St. Lucia (14 degrees North latitude, 61 degrees West longitude) and made with St. Lucia’s Bounty Crystal white rum.
Papa Don's Taverna
For scrumptious cuisine and delicious views of the Caribbean, the mountainside terrace of Papa Don's Taverna is without peer. An intimate Mediterranean-style taverna, open for dinner, Papa Don's has long been known for its pasta and pizza. Now Chef Munn has expanded the menu to encompass the cuisines of Greece and the surrounding region. Papa Don's exquisite signature dish, Moroccan Roasted Dorado, is served with a lime-honey-yoghurt sauce, pomegranate syrup and couscous. Bring your zest for life and fine food and enjoy both to the fullest.
Upper Deck
In the evenings at Windjammer Landing's romantic Upper Deck restaurant, steak & seafood provide the mouth-watering theme. Exceptional meals in a beautiful multi-level setting, overlooking the beach and bay, are a favourite of guests who have an appetite for something special. Angus beef and the freshest fish and seafood are featured on an a la carte menu offering a choice of preparation method, sauces and accompaniments to suit your palate. Upper Deck is open for dinner only, from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Reservations required. Closed Tuesdays and Fridays.
