Promising Chef Omar Malpartida arrives in Ibiza with Maymanta, his new restaurant. It brings us a traveling kitchen with Peruvian DNA in a space where you will find a mixed cuisine, with dishes such as the causa, ceviche, oysters or Amazonian patacón, a cuisine based on its origins and unusual products of Peru.
