Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort
With accommodation that resembles Frontier America in its heyday and activites to keep everybody entertained, Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort is perfect for your family’s trip to Orlando.
The resort’s cabins can comfortably sleep up to six guests and feature a double bed as well as a set of bunk beds. Two additional guests can make use of the sofa bed in the separate living room and there is also a cot for one child under the age of three. The living room comes complete with a television and DVD player while the kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, the outside patio area comes with a charcoal grill. The resort also runs a daily housekeeping service.
There are plenty of activites to keep you and your clan busy. The resort boasts two swimming pools and its own white sandy beach, complimentary fishing and wagon rides are also available. For an additional fee guests can enjoy horseback riding as well as bike and watercraft rentals. Your little ones are sure to love Chip ‘n’ Dale’s Campfire Singalong which features characters from their favourite Disney movies.
The Trails End restaurant serves up a host of American classics to give you some much needed fuel after a day out trekking the parks. Here you can help yourself to tasty chili, salads, fried chicken and a whole host of other delights. Be sure to check out the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, which will whisk you and your family away on a Frontier style musical extravaganza. Crockett’s Tavern also serves up food and drink to lounge with while during the summer months guests are invited to Mickey’s Backyard BBQ for delicious grub and line dancing!

Crockett's Tavern
Rustle up some drinks and eats at the walk-up window beside Pioneer Hall and enjoy ’em in a rocking chair on the front porch: customizable pizzas, wings in 3 flavors and loaded nachos. Beer—draft and bottled—and wine are also available.
Hoop-Dee-Doo
Join the Pioneer Hall Players for 2 hours of rousing Wild West dancing, singing and zany vaudeville comedy. You never know what to expect when Claire de Lune, Johnny Ringo, Dolly Drew, Six Bits Slocum, Flora Long and Jim Handy hit the stage. But you do know that it’s not going to be dull! Get ready to clap your hands, stomp your feet, sing along and have a good ol’ time at rustic Pioneer Hall in Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. In between skits and song standards, chow down on buckets of all-you-care-to-enjoy fried chicken and smoked BBQ pork ribs, as well as a tossed green salad, baked beans, fresh-baked cornbread and strawberry shortcake. Unlimited draft beer, wine and sangria are included for Guests 21 years of age and up (proper ID required). Soft drinks are also included.
Meadow Snack Bar
Go grazing in the great outdoors. Open-air eats include fresh salads, tasty sandwiches and light snacks. Top it off with a slice of cheesecake or a Mickey ice-cream bar. Beer, sodas and smoothies are also available.
Trails End
As the rooster crows, help yourself to a bountiful breakfast buffet featuring Mickey waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit and more vittles than you can shake a stick at. At midday, head to the homestead for our à la carte lunch: beef chili, spicy grilled shrimp and andouille sausage, fried chicken and waffles, and other southern specialties. Young settlers have a special menu featuring kids’ favorites. Don’t forget to ask about the warm sticky bun sundae! Sundown means suppertime, and there’s no appetite we can’t satisfy. Pull up to the chuck wagon for all-you-care-to-enjoy smoked pork ribs, hand-carved roasted meats, peel-and-eat shrimp, the catch of the day, a baked potato bar and more. Before you bid us happy trails, be sure to try our home-style fruit cobbler.
