The project is expected to continue for the foreseeable future, and while every effort is being made to limit any disturbance to guests, there will be an escalation of noise in the vicinity of the hotel. Resort facilities will remain open as usual, however the marina will no longer be operational, and the hotel will therefore be unable to accept requests for future yacht moorings.
