Burj Al Arab Jumeirah

Al Muntaha
Located on the 27th floor, Al Muntaha, which means ‘The Highest’ or ‘The Ultimate’ in Arabic, serves imaginative modern Italian cuisine with Chef Saverio Sbaragli. Suspended 200 meters above the Arabian Gulf, the one Michelin starred restaurant offers an unrivalled panorama of the Jumeirah coastline, as well as spectacular views of the Palm and World islands shimmering in the distance. Having trained under Chef Alain Ducasse, Chef Saverio Sbaragli is a distinguished culinary artist who has earned many accolades throughout his career, including a Michelin-star as Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva, as well as working at the prestigious three Michelin-starred l'Arpège under Chef Alain Passard. At Al Muntaha Chef Saverio serves up one of Dubai’s most exquisite culinary experiences including a three-course lunch menu and six-course degustation menu.

Sahn Eddar
A perfect place to meet over afternoon tea while watching the 42-meter column leap skywards towards the peak of the atrium. Crafted by culinary experts from carefully sourced ingredients, the elegant Burj Al Arab Afternoon Tea Menu offers a selection of sandwiches, delicate pastries, and homemade scones served with clotted cream and jams, paired with soft beverages or a glass of bubbly.
