The Twelve Apostles Hotel & Spa

5* out of 5 stars

The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa seems to stand at the edge of the world. On one side, a line of majestic mountains – The Twelve Apostles – reaches towards the heavens; on the other, the sun sets on crashing Atlantic waves. Located just a few minutes from Cape Town’s cosmopolitan city centre, theatres and art galleries, plus the shops and restaurants of Victoria & Alfred Waterfront are all on your doorstep. Also in the vicinity is Camps Bay with its beautiful golden beaches. Or, for the more adventurous, sea fishing, scuba diving and whale watching trips can be arranged.

The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa offers a wide range of facilities and activities specialising in recreation and relaxation. Guests can enjoy hiking through the mountain trails, working out in the hotel’s on-site fitness room or finding serene peace in the Sanctuary Spa.

The Sanctuary Spa is an oasis of tranquillity cut into the surrounding rocks. Spa facilities include hot and cold plunge pools, Cape Town's only Rasul chamber, a sauna and a hydrotherapy bath as well as a range of treatments based on the indigenous fynbos flora. You can also opt for a secluded open-air treatment in a shady gazebo. There's a heated infinity pool overlooking the ocean and a smaller secluded rock pool with mountain views. After your swim, why not grab a cool drink and settle into one of the many idyllic garden hammocks.
