Food & Drink

Kozan Teppanyaki

Kozan’s interior echoes the minimalist aesthetics of a classical Japanese Teppanyaki Restaurant with an unconventional architectural design and finishes to give it a modern edge. "Teppanyaki" is a style of cooking in which the chef prepares various sea foods, cuts of beef, chicken and fresh vegetables in front of the customer and cooks by grilling on a large iron hotplate called a "Teppan". In Japan "yaki" refers to ingredients that have been grilled, hence Teppanyaki. Kozan, meaning mountain in Japanese, is expressed in the logo as a calligraphic symbol of Mount Kinabalu, South East Asia’s highest mountain and Sabah’s most recognizable icon.

Lobby Lounge

An open-air lounge with a soaring timbered roof, the Lobby Lounge features views of the lush gardens, pool and beach. The soft tropical air and relaxed live entertainment make this an ideal venue for a pre-dinner drink or a leisurely nightcap.

Oceano Italian Restaurant

Oceano is a comfortable and casual fine-dining restaurant that offers authentic Italian dishes and farm-sourced ingredients. Enjoy a delightful meal with dishes made from the finest locally and ethically sourced ingredients.

Sampan Bar

The epitome of a casual beachside bar, Sampan Bar offers refreshing cool drinks and finger foods during the day, and cocktails in the early evening to complement the Borneo sunset. Many guests enjoy playing a game of petanque at the adjacent court while enjoying drinks and snacks.
