Smoking is now prohibited in all common areas of this hotel, including guestrooms, room balconies, lawns & gardens, driveway, entrance way and other common building facilities. Smoking means the inhaling, exhaling, breathing, or possession of any lighted cigarettes, cigar, pipe, e-cigarette and other similar lighted product. Persons contravening the No Smoking Policy may face an on-the-spot fine of RM10,000, or imprisonment for a term of not exceeding two years. Please note: A care programme has commenced at Uncle Lim’s restaurant with completion scheduled for June 2020. During this time, the restaurant will be temporarily moved to The Straits, offering Uncle Lim’s menu and dining experience. General renovation works are also ongoing until June 2020. Every effort will be made to minimise noise and disturbance, and minimal guest disturbance is envisaged as no heavy machinery will be used. The work will not affect in-house guests and the resort will be operating as normal.
