All guests checking in at this property must present a valid government-issued ID and major credit card upon arrival. A $350 pre-authorization charge will be applied to the guest's credit card, which covers any additional purchases such as spa treatments.

The resort’s dining venues have an Elegant Casual dress code. During the daytime, footwear and covered-up dry bathing suits are required in all dining rooms. In the evening, (after 6:30 p.m.). men are required to wear collared shirts with slacks (or smart tailored shorts in the summer months — June 1st – September 30th) and dress shoes – no shorts, T-shirts, or sandals. Women are required to wear skirts, dresses or trousers with a nice top and dress shoes or sandals. Cut-off shorts, ripped jeans, flip-flops, T-shirts, and tank tops are not permitted in the evening for either men or women.
