The Beach Bar

A traditional open bungalow located midway down the shoreline on Jumby Bay Beach, The Beach Bar is the centre of beach service. Here guests find cocktails, cold water and fresh towels at the ready. A raised hand brings a frosty glass of water, delicious daiquiri or tray bearing a selection of freshly made fruit sorbet. Cooking classes, Picnic hampers, romantic torch-lit beach dinners, in-suite service and children's menus are also offered.
The Estate House

The circa 1830 plantation house, once the centrepiece of the island’s sugar plantation, reopened in November 2016 following a one-year, six-million-dollar restoration. The new Estate House includes a main restaurant and 1830 Bar as well as three new private dining rooms and a wine room all inspired by the home's rich history and island traditions. The Estate House will be the top five-dining destination in the Caribbean, combining classic fare with modern island flavours, drawing on the culinary traditions of the West Indies. Signature dishes will include monkfish and black trumpet casserole with crispy jasmine rice pancake; spiny lobster with armagnac flambé, tomato, saffron pearl, and sea urchin; and black sea bass with potato confit. For dessert, sweet indulgences include Rum Baba with berry compote and preserved citrus and Baked Alaska with rum flambé and Antiguan black pineapple.
The Pool Grille

For those who can't bear to leave the water's edge, The Pool Grille and Bar a perfect time-out for daytime dining. During the sun's peak, sunbathers can choose to dine under the shaded canopy or order a lunchtime repast and cocktail from their lounger. Out in the open air, The Pool Grille offers fresh light snacks, lunch, cooling treats and an array of refreshing cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, fruit juices and teas.
The Verandah

More than a restaurant and bar, The Verandah is the crossroads of Jumby Bay Island. Everything passes through The Verandah, where exciting enhancements—a new bar, expanded boutique, concierge area, enhanced dining and lounge areas, and a residential-style kitchen with a unique wood-burning oven—create welcoming culinary experiences.
