Food & Drink
Ike's Bistro
Serving breakfast and dinner, open-air Ike’s Bistro serves a Mediterranean-inspired menu, amped up with fresh, flavorful Caribbean ingredients. The skill of the culinary team shines through in dish after imaginative dish, all expertly crafted to showcase each ingredient’s taste, texture and complexity. Like the cuisine, the setting is exquisite – a refined yet rustic mix of recyclable materials, including Caribbean coral stone columns, seagrass rugs, rattan and bamboo furnishings and custom light fixtures fashioned from island driftwood
The Chophouse at Manchebo
The resort’s most formal restaurant builds on the island-wide reputation of its predecessor, the French Steakhouse, serving exquisitely crafted cuisine in a more modern, exclusively indoor space. The guests’ go-to for the finest cuts of beef, fresh caught Caribbean fish, local delicacies and international favorites, the restaurant’s menu highlights include Grilled Lamb Chops, Pan-Seared Filet Mignon, Sesame-Crusted Ahi-Tuna and Shrimp and Scallops finished with Coconut Curry.
Omakase Japanese Sushi Bar
Tucked within The Chophouse, the brand-new Omakase Sushi Bar is a stylish spot for classic Japanese specialties, enhanced with fresh local seafood. Enjoy tempuras, nigiri, sashimi and a variety of sushi rolls or settle in for the sushi chef’s “Omakase” menu for two. Translating “let the chef decide,” this innovative four-course meal is a culinary journey of discovery that never fails to delight our guests.
Pega Pega Beach Bar & Grill
All that getting wet and soaking up the rays must be working up an appetite and a thirst! The swinging palm trees will put you in the mood for something fruity or filling, with lots of sunshine on the side. Take a break from the sun and fun and join us at the Pega Pega Café & Beach Bar for a delectable light fare and a never-ending selection of cocktails —think soup and salads, paninis and sandwiches, colourful cocktails, domestic and import ice cold beers, and healthy smoothies and shakes - so you can get right back to the beach. The Pega-Pega Beach Bar is also the place to discover and enjoy new exotic and tropical Caribbean cocktails. Enjoy fruity mango, passion fruit and strawberry or banana smoothies when it’s time to cool down. Put up your orange flag and the cocktail waitress will come and serve it right at your lazy beach lounge. The Pega-Pega Beach Bar is opened from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. At sunset when the bartenders orchestrate their daily "Two for One" happy hour from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with live music you will get to enjoy the island's famous Aruba Arriba cocktail.
