Stunning white-sand beaches and an inner topography teaming with lush flora characterise Fowl Cay’s 50-acre private island. Its accommodation is limited to just six luxury villas, resulting in an ambience of privacy and exclusivity, and the villas’ configurations of one, two or three bedrooms mean there’s something for all holiday types, from family fun to couples. Each spacious, exquisitely appointed villa will be stocked with breakfast, lunch and snacking supplies in preparation for your arrival, and boasts a full kitchen as standard.
Guests have access to tennis, bocce and horseshoe courts; kayaks and other beach toys plus snorkel and watersport gear. Also included are a personal motorboat and golf cart, so exploring your new tropical territory is convenient and fun. Planning your day is easy too. You can prepare your own breakfast; a resort chef prepares a lunch picnic and your villa host provides a cooler and fresh towels. After a leisurely day on the water, pay the Hill House a visit in time for cocktail hour and a delicious meal of fresh local seafood.

Scheduled and private chartered flights to Staniel Cay Airstrip are available direct from Ft Lauderdale, Florida (1 hour 30 minutes) or Nassau (40 minutes). Upon arrival a member of the resort team will take care of luggage and personally take you to the dock for a beautiful 7 minute boat ride to the resort. This is a complimentary service.

Please note: Guests should ensure they arrive at the resort after 3pm, and check out before 10am. If guests arrive earlier or leave later than these times, their time will be spent on the island where their charter flight lands until transfers become available.

Seabreeze
(2 Bedrooms) This unusual tree-house style villa - octagonal in shape, with sliding glass doors and surrounded by wooden decking - offers a very original island retreat. Seabreeze is located on the south and highest point of the island just below Starlight and directly over the blue green water of the Exuma shallows.
Starlight
(2 Bedrooms) This unique tree-house style villa is located on a higher ridge to its neighbouring twin villa, Seabreeze. With a spectacular birds eye views of the surrounding Big Major harbour Starlight gives new meaning to a private villa escape.
Blue Moon
(3 Bedrooms) Moon-gazing with family or friends doesn't get any better than from the terrace of this stunning and spacious three-bedroom en-suite villa. Located on the small ridge overlooking the eastern end of the North Beach, Blue Moon boasts striking views from your open-plan kitchen and living area.
Sweetwater
(3 Bedrooms) Star-gazing with family or friends doesn't get any better than from the terrace of this stunning and spacious three-bedroom en-suite villa. Located on the small ridge overlooking the western end of the North Beach, Sweetwater boasts striking views from your open-plan kitchen and living area. Surrounded by flowering Bouganvilla, a covered and furnished veranda with a northerly breeze is a favorite dining spot for meal times and cocktails.
Lindon
(1 Bedroom) Designed for honeymooners or as a romantic retreat for two, Lindon is spacious and located idyllically on a low ridge above North Beach. Open-plan, bright, breezy and framed with large windows and glass doors, Lindon is a breath of fresh air.

Dining at the Villas
Each villa has its own fully equipped large kitchen for you to preprare your meals at your leisure. In the mornings you wake up on your own time and enjoy beakfast on your patio. For lunch either make your own or have our chef pack you a gourmet picnic to take on your boat to a deserted island. If you don't feel like eating at the hill house each villa has a grill to enjoy your catch of the day overlooking the beautiful waters below. The following items are stocked in your Villa Pantry:
Hill House Restaurant
Serving local seafood dishes and chef's specials, Hill House restaurant and pub is a relaxing evening and lunch dining spot. It has the highest elevation on the island and boasts 360° views of the central Exumas and spectacular nightly sunsets. With cozy, rustic décor, decorative fireplaces and outdoor seating, it's the perfect gathering place for evening cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, a late game of pool and the freshest local seafood and cuisine for miles around.
