Its accommodation is limited to just six luxury villas, resulting in an ambience of privacy and exclusivity, and the villas’ configurations of one, two or three bedrooms mean there’s something for all holiday types, from family fun to couples. Each spacious, exquisitely appointed villa will be stocked with breakfast, lunch and snacking supplies in preparation for your arrival, and boasts a full kitchen as standard.

Guests have access to tennis, bocce and horseshoe courts; kayaks and other beach toys plus snorkel and watersport gear. Also included are a personal motorboat and golf cart, so exploring your new tropical territory is convenient and fun. Planning your day is easy too. You can prepare your own breakfast; a resort chef prepares a lunch picnic and your villa host provides a cooler and fresh towels. After a leisurely day on the water, pay the Hill House a visit in time for cocktail hour and a delicious meal of fresh local seafood.

Scheduled and private chartered flights to Staniel Cay Airstrip are available direct from Ft Lauderdale, Florida (1 hour 30 minutes) or Nassau (40 minutes). Upon arrival a member of the resort team will take care of luggage and personally take you to the dock for a beautiful 7 minute boat ride to the resort. This is a complimentary service.

Please note: Guests should ensure they arrive at the resort after 3pm, and check out before 10am. If guests arrive earlier or leave later than these times, their time will be spent on the island where their charter flight lands until transfers become available.
