This elegantly casual restaurant is open for lunch and dinner (5 nights a week depending on occupancy) and offers a delectable menu focused on the freshest seafood and steaks. Along with interior dining there is casual lounge seating under the shade of umbrellas along the “sunset” deck.
Cerulean
A sophisticated fine dining restaurant featuring a delicious internationally focused menu served in an intimate, romantic setting with stunning ocean views. The décor exudes the name itself and features rich blues with gold accents inspired by the deep blue and gold of the evening sea and sky. Private dining options available in the tiffany lit gazebo or under the stars on the deck. Open for dinner only (5 nights a week depending on occupancy). Strict dress code applies.
Chef’s Tasting Room
The ultimate pop-up dining experience. A custom five course tasting menu designed by the executive chef, paired with a delicious selection of wines and served in an intimate setting. Limited seating is available and reservations required. Supplement applicable.

Located just off the beach and adjacent to the family pool this is barefoot beach side dining, in a colourful fun atmosphere offering a variety of choices hot off the grill: made to order pizzas, pastas and tasty salads and a wide selection of tropical cocktails. Open for lunch and dinner.
