Rabot Hotel from Hotel Chocolat occupies a peaceful position within the picturesque grounds of Rabot Estate, to the south-west of the island of St Lucia. This adults-only hotel is a true Caribbean idyll, surrounded by all the lush nature of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It looks out over tropical landscapes and across to the majestic Petit Piton.
The hotel comprises 25 private lodges with king-size or super-king-size four-poster beds and views over naturally beautiful surroundings. The sparkling Caribbean Sea can even be seen from the 19 luxe lodges with their elevated position. Luxe lodges also boast a private veranda with sun loungers. All lodges have natural air conditioning, with a cross-draft of fans providing a cooling breeze.
The main restaurant has a menu inspired by fresh local and seasonal produce, including fish, seafood, fruit, and vegetables. As well as extensively using the cacao grown on the estate. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner - and is also home to a bar with a tempting cocktail menu and spectacular views.
Also helping guests to switch off and relax in this Caribbean paradise is a spa and an infinity pool that offers poolside drinks, nibbles, and lunch.

Rabot Restaurant is the hotel's main eatery and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant has a bar and an exclusive cacao cuisine menu which uses the cacao grown on the estate. Dishes are influenced by seasonal produce from the region and use a range of local ingredients found on St Lucia. Whether that's fresh fish and seafood or vibrant fruit and vegetables.
