Named after the resort's latitude and longitude, 1461 is located at its highest point with dazzling views of the marina and Marigot Bay. This fine-dining restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner with a menu featuring both international and local cuisines. It has both indoor and outdoor areas and a bar that's open from 10am to 11pm. The wine cellar is available for private dining/events for an additional cost.

Le Bateau

Serving up flavourful Caribbean-inspired cuisine is Le Bateau. With marina views and a menu bursting with fresh sushi and salads, it's a lovely place to sit for a leisurely lunch. Le Bateau is located by the main pool with swim-up bar, so you can also take in views over the pool as you eat. And a signature cocktail acts as the perfect complement.

Meraki*

Elegant Meraki offers a vibrant fusion of Mediterranean cuisine and Asian flavours from its waterfront position along the bay in Marina Village. The restaurant is open for dinner and also offers sushi plates. It's a chic place to try a range of innovative dishes and delicious drinks. Please note that Meraki is not part of the food and drink package and additional cost applies.

The Cove

Lunch is served at The Cove, a bayside restaurant with international cuisine and a range of earth-oven pizzas, salads, and snacks all on its menu. It's a casual place to chat, dine, and relax, and is located by the dinghy dock on the resort's waterfront deck and patio. Which makes The Cove perfectly placed for enjoying a pre or post-lunch walk.

The Hurricane Hole

The Hurricane Hole is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It offers international cuisine, as well as bar fare, and small bites such as croissants, sweet treats, and the chef's daily special. As it's open to the public, the restaurant has a friendly, pub-style atmosphere and is found on the resort's waterfront deck and patio. The Hurricane Hole restaurant also has its own bar.

The Rum Cave

This open-air lounge oozes chilled, sophisticated Mediterranean vibes and its dinner offerings revolve mostly around tapas. The Rum Cave also serves up small plates, and perhaps not surprisingly given its name, a selection of specialty rums. It's open to the public and also hosts live entertainment.
