Hummingbird Lounge & Café
The Hummingbird Lounge and Café, situated on the sundeck opposite the Lobby Bar serves specialty coffee, tea, house-baked goods, pastries, sandwiches, paninis and wraps, where patrons can relax and enjoy sun-soaked Tobago days.
The Cocrico Bar
The resort’s premier cocktail lounge located just off the inner lobby is the perfect setting for an aperitif before dinner or lounging and chatting with friends while enjoying one of the barman’s exotic concoctions. Hours of Operation: 6pm-12am.
The Coral Dining Room
Also available for private events. Menu selections are in-keeping with the beach location: salads, grilled fish and chicken, and sandwiches are the main fare in addition to wine, beer, soft drinks and thirst-quenching cocktails.
The Lobby Bar
The Lobby Bar, located in the main lobby, complements the Hummingbird Lounge across the terrace. Here patrons can enjoy a glass of wine, a local beer or even a refreshing cocktail. 11am - 10pm.
The Pool Bar
Tobago's first 'Swim up Bar' offers a selection of house wine, beer, soft drinks and tempting tropical cocktails, ideal for sipping while lounging poolside. Hours of Operation: 10am-6pm.
The Sugar Mill Restaurant
The ideal tropical island restaurant located alongside a 150-year-old Sugar Wind Mill, specialises in casual Caribbean cuisine including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Local specials are always on offer at each meal time with a main consideration of 'fresh, local and light' for each selection. 7am - 10pm.
