Situated on north-eastern Crete in the quaint picturesque town of Elounda, the Cayo Exclusive Resort & Spa is a wonderful centre point for daily excursions and sea-tours of the Greek isles. The islet of Spinalonga, a UNESCO World Heritage List nominee, is home to the ancient town of Olous. Visit the historical site by taking a ferry from Plaka harbour, located at the foot of the resort.
The small fishing village of Plaka at Mirabello bay can be found opposite of the islet of Spinalonga. The resort is located about a 10-minute drive from the town of Elounda, and 30 minutes from the city of Agios Nikolaos. The closest airport to CAYO Exclusive Resort & Spa is Heraklion Airport N. Kazantzakis which is about an hour’s drive to the hotel. If you are arriving by ferry and docking off at Heraklion, the resort is also an hour’s drive from the port.

According to Homer’s poems, ambrosia and nectar were the Gods’ food and drink. Buffet breakfast is served from 7:30am to 10:30am and buffet dinner (half board) is served from 7pm to 9:30pm.
