At the head of the Juan Carlos Padrón restaurant, the only Canarian chef who has received the prestigious distinction of Chef de L'Avenir from the International Academy of Gastronomy in 2017. He is accompanied by his brother Jonathan in the sweet part, and Raquel and María José, their respective partners, in the living room and the cellar.
