Maris Kitchen
Situated on Bay Beach in a chic open-air venue, Rüya is an innovative dining concept offering a contemporary take on traditional Anatolian cuisine. Developed by Turkish restaurant Umut Özkanca, signature dishes include cag kebab, skewered marinated lamb, a selection of mezze appetiser dishes, lavish lamb and eggplant stews, cinnamon-flavoured rice puddings and baklava. A highlight is the pide, a local take on pizza that surprises the taste buds and which is topped with fresh tomato sauce, sweet bell peppers, minced cooked lamb and a flavourful mix of Mediterranean spices.
The Terrace
Located on the third floor with outdoor seating facing the bay, The Terrace welcomes guests in the morning with a grand breakfast buffet featuring a wide variety of offerings, from plump ripe cherries and pancakes to freshly made gözleme (traditional savoury Turkish flatbread) that are prepared on the spot by kitchen staff and which may be filled with feta, spinach or lamb. Be sure to enjoy your morning meal with freshly squeezed pomegranate juice and a glass of soothing black Turkish tea while gazing out over the scenic landscape.
Zuma
Inspired by the informal style of izakaya dining, ZUMA showcases its modern Japanese cuisine that is famously authentic but not traditional. Dishes – designed to be shared – are created in three different cooking styles: the main and sushi kitchen and the robata grill offering a variety of textures and tastes. Set on a terrace overlooking the bay, pull up a seat and watch the chefs sear salmon for sushi and tataki on the robata grill. Signature dishes include miso marinated black cod wrapped in hoba leaf and rib eye steak with wafu sauce and garlic crisps.
