All value vacation villas are individually owned, and are furnished with island-style décor that is distinct to each unit. As an added perk, all Duck Key vacation renters have access to the Hawks Cay Resort pools, saltwater lagoon, spa and fitness center, kids club and restaurants.

Island View Rooms offer spacious interiors, upscale amenities, private furnished balconies, and views of Duck Key and the resort property.

Premium Lanai Rooms feature private sundecks and porches that are just steps from one of the main resort pools. The extended outdoor relaxation area provides the perfect setting to enjoy your morning coffee, work on your tan, or have a romantic dinner without leaving your room.

This oversized guest room features 480 square feet of elegant interior space, one king bed and a bunk bed with a full-sized bed on the bottom and twin-sized bed on the top. Sleeps five guests comfortably. Entrance door width is 36”. Bathroom door width is 36”. Please note that this room does not have accessible features.

Designed in the style of a studio apartment, Junior Suite offers additional space for guests to unwind. All Junior Suite feature an oversized balcony; added sitting area; and island, pool, or ocean views.

All units are accessible by elevator and do not have stairs within the unit, making them ideal for guests traveling with small children. 1,350 sq. ft. (1,700 sq. ft. including porch.)
