Situated in the popular Davenport area of Orlando, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is great for families wanting to be close to the magic of Disney. It's part of the popular Aviana Resort, which is just 20 minutes away from Walt Disney World Resort by car.
The villa sleeps up to 10 guests across four tastefully furnished bedrooms. There are two master suites with an ensuite bathroom each and either a king or queen-size bed. With a queen-size bed or two double beds found in the other two bedrooms which share a bathroom. Each bedroom has its own 32-inch flat screen Smart TV, allowing guests to enjoy all their favourite shows.
The open-plan family space has a wonderful flow, with areas for both dining and lounging. Impossible to resist is the oversized sofa by doors that open onto the pool area. Sit back and relax with some films on the 65-inch flat screen Smart TV with Blu-ray DVD player. Then enjoy dinner at the elegant dining table by the kitchen, which comes with everything you need to prepare and cook meals.
The pool terrace can be accessed via the open-plan space and also from the master bedroom with king-size bed. It's a lovely private area to unwind with the family, with no rear neighbours and a conservation area to observe for local wildlife. The pool is south-west facing and joining it on the terrace is seating for six and a number of loungers. Another fun area is the games room with pool table, foosball table, and air hockey.
Guests of this villa can also enjoy the facilities of Aviana Resort. These include the clubhouse, which features a pool and deck area, a playground, sand volleyball court, and fitness centre. There's also a paved walking trail to follow through the resort, with chances to spot some wildlife in one of the ponds. You may even see the resident alligator!
Just a short drive from the villa are many of Orlando's top attractions, including Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld Orlando.
