This charming villa is situated in one of Orlando's top locations for Florida holidays. Lake Berkley Resort is tucked away in a calm, gated community with an abundance of activities. It’s only a ten-minute drive away from all the Sunshine State’s Disney attractions. Lake Berkley Resort offers all the comforts of home, from tastefully decorated rooms including a formal dining area with seating for six, a large family room complete with TV, PlayStation 2, and sliding glass doors that lead to the villa’s very own screened private pool with a generously sized pool deck.
During the winter months, the pool can be heated with an optional surcharge. The villa has four bedrooms and sleeps up to eight people. There’s two master bedrooms, one with queen size bed, the other with full size bed and both with en suite bathrooms and shower stalls. Following this are two twin bed rooms with a third shared bathroom. The kitchen is supplied with all appliances from silverware to dishware, including pots, pans, dishes silverware, and glassware.
Nature lovers rejoice. The Lake Berkley community has a serene nature trail, a children’s play area, two lakes, a club house and an artificial beach. Fishing, communal gym, and pool are also available for guests. Additionally, Lake Berkley is situated in the central 192 resort area close to Medieval Times and many shops and restaurants. You might not need to leave the local area at all! But let’s not forget that the magic of Disney is right around the corner from, alongside several other of the Sunshine State’s top attractions.
