Just beyond these local conveniences, Walt Disney World® is only four miles away, making Regal Oaks an ideal option for families and couples looking for a handy HQ from which to base their Florida theme park adventures. 

 
Townhouse units are available in two-, three- and four-bedroom configurations, each offering fantastic comfort and privacy within the resort’s secure gated entrance. Each spacious accommodation features fully-fitted kitchen, lounge area, dining room and private Jacuzzi; the perfect environment to relax in after an action-packed day at the parks. In the communal area of Regal Oaks, guests discover a two-story clubhouse where a 90-seater restaurant & bar, resource centre, fitness suite and minimart are available for all. Outside, there are tennis courts and when it’s time to cool off, the lakeside swimming pool set-up features an infinity pool, duel waterslides, parasols and sun loungers. Daily event programmes are organised by management. These include a kids club for younger guests aged four to 12. 

 
In the vicinity of Regal Oaks, a whole host of amenities and attractions are available to enhance your Kissimmee holiday. As well as Walt Disney World®, Universal Studios® is also a short drive away. Regal Oaks guests also have Wet ‘n’ Wild Waterpark, Sea World®, mini golf, golf, shopping malls and retail outlets such as Super Target and Wallmart on their doorstep. A shuttle service to the parks is available (fees apply). A free shuttle to shopping outlets is provided.

The 2-bedroom townhouse at Regal Oaks features a bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. The spacious living room contains a sofa bed for additional guests. There are 2 full bathrooms so everyone can get ready faster instead of sharing one bathroom like in a standard hotel. Inside, you will love the large kitchen with all the appliances you need to cook up something good plus all the kitchenware needed to do it from silverware to pots and pans. The flat-screen TV brings you cable programming plus the Blu-Ray player allows you to have your own movie night.
