The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai have introduced a number of new protective measures and protocols to ensure you have a happy and healthy stay. Highlights include temperature screening when entering the hotel, mandatory face masks worn by staff at all times, plastic barriers installed at all counters, social distancing in restaurants and QR code menus availble, housekeeping service on an on-call basis, sanitisation products for guests in all areas and complimentary face masks, plus the hotel offers PCR tests via a medical clinic for guests at AED 350 per person (24/48 hours).
Please note: No developments are ongoing at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai. However, developments are taking place nearby, in close proximity to the resort grounds and some rooms. The construction is for the development of a residential & hotel tower, projected to take three years, now in progress. The hotel confirms that main construction work is limited to daytime hours, with only minimal activities conducted at night. While guests may experience intermittent visual and audible disturbance, the hotel would like to assure guests all possible precautions will be taken, including assigning rooms away from the construction area, and maintaining the full Ritz-Carlton experience.

Please note: A Tourism Dirham is in place in Dubai. As such, all guests staying at any hotel will be required to pay the amount of AED20 per night for a 5 star hotel, AED15 per night for a 4 star hotel and AED10 per night for a 3 star hotel. This will be collected by the hotel at time of check in/out.

Please note: The resort pools and private beach are currently open from 9am to 7pm daily and wearing a face mask is mandatory in public areas as per local health and safe regulations but are not required in the pool and beach area. Ritz Kids club will be available from 9am to 6pm on Friday and Saturday for children 4 years old and above, unaccompanied by an adult. Kids 0 to 3 are not permitted in accordance with authority’s directives and no more than 8 kids at a time will be allowed in the facility. The gym is open from 7am to 10pm daily with group exercise classes restricted to a maximum of 5 guests.The Ritz-Carlton Spa is open daily from 10am to 7pm whilst the steam rooms, plunge pools, outdoor pool and the shared relaxation lounge will remain closed. Only guests with treatment bookings can access the spa.
