Guests staying in Premier Rooms, Premier Suites, and Waldorf Astoria Dubai Suites have access to the incredible Dubai Waldorf Astoria Club Lounge. Access allows guests to enjoy complimentary coffee throughout the day, happy hour cocktails, VIP check in, free WiFi and a multitude of business services. On top of everything else, the exclusive lounge offers incredible Gulf views. It’s not something you want to miss. Smart-casual dress is required, and no children under twelve years are allowed after 5pm. Parents with children that have booked Premier rooms are welcome at Palm Avenue from 5 to 8pm where they can redeem two complimentary drinks per adult. The Dubai Waldorf Astoria Lounge is open from 7am - 10pm, with 'Evening Canapés Buffet Service' from 6pm - 8pm and 'Cocktail Service' from 5pm - 8pm.
This resort now offers a complimentary bus shuttle service between tuesday and sunday. The shuttle will take guests to the entrance of Aquaventure at Atlantis The Palm before moving onto the Mall of the Emirates. The bus will be able to accommodate up to 14 guests and will strictly act on a first come first serve basis, guests must arrive at the pick up point (the resort'smain entrance) at least five minutes before departure.
As per the current meal experience for Bed & Breakfast, Half Board and Full Board guests, breakfast is table service; lunch is table service with set menu at Azure; dinner is table service in the Azure restaurant with a three-course set menu option. Guests on the Half/Full Board meal plan will have the optional dine around credit (amount to be confirmed at check in). Guests can choose to dine from the a la carte menu and not the three-course set menu option. Dine around credit is not available for children. Children aged under six will get a complementary kids meal if an adult meal comes with it. Also children aged 6-11 accompanying adults on Half/Full Board will get a complementary meal with every adult meal.
