Things to do at Tenaya Lodge
Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite provides many activities for guests to optimise their stay at Yosemite. As well as two heated swimming pools (one indoor and one outdoor), the hotel offers a host of activities. Adults and children can take part in archery, rock climbing and lots of other fun activities. Guests can hire mountain bikes to cycle around the park, even go fishing with their rented fishing gear. During the winter season, Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite also has an ice rink and a host of winter- activities including some great skiing.
Guests will have the opportunity to visit parts of the park with some of Tenaya Lodge’s local expert guides. The resort hosts tours throughout the day to some of Yosemite’s notable landmarks, including to Glacier Point. They also offer nighttime outings with their flashlight and starry night tours. Equestrians can saddle up for a horse-led excursion around Yosemite Valley. Guests who would rather opt out of nature walks and hikes can also explore the area on the Yosemite Valley tram.
