But you’ll definitely want to get out and about as there’s so much natural beauty on the doorstep, with Sequoia National Park just moments away. Popular winter activities in and around Wuksachi Lodge include skiing and snowshoeing.

Only five minutes away by car is Lodgepole Visitor Centre, with this park information hub offering brochures and maps, as well as nature exhibits and a pleasant picnic area. It’s also where you can follow the Twin Lakes and Tokopah Trailheads. And just a 10-minute drive from Wuksachi Lodge is The General Sherman Tree - one of the world’s largest trees at just under 275 feet tall.

It is standard practice for resorts/hotels within the USA to charge a mandatory resort fee which is payable locally. This fee can be anywhere between $5 to $50 per room per night and is not included in the cost of your Kenwood Travel holiday.
