Gansevoort Meatpacking NYC's premiere American eatery, The Chester, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and brunch on weekends. In the warmer months, patrons can enjoy al fresco dining overlooking the historic lanscape of the Meatpacking District and its cobblestone pathway. The rustic dining room with exposed white brick walls, and accented white marble tabletops contrasted by black leather couches create a contemporary atmosphere. With 150 seats spanning across a bi-level interior and a full bar, The Chester, provides a seamless transition into the hotel lobby's lively decor. The Chester will also provide 24/7 room service.
