It is standard practice for resorts/hotels within the USA to charge a mandatory resort fee which is payable locally. This fee can be anywhere between $5 to $50 per room per night and is not included in the cost of your Kenwood Travel holiday. A partnership with TAO Group and acclaimed chef/restaurateur Chris Santos, Beauty & Essex offers unique sharing plates and new twists on classic cocktails. The menu serves up gems like grilled cheese smoked bacon & tomato soup dumplings, chicken meatballs, 40-day dry-aged tomahawk ribeye and more.

Block 16 Urban Food Hall

Block 16 Urban Food Hall is a culinary destination like no other on The Las Vegas Strip. Showcasing a curated selection of purveyors, they’ve scoured the country's most traversed city streets to bring the most crave-able, easy-to-love food & drink to The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Bold flavors, world-renowned chefs and a lively atmosphere draw you in and compel you to stay. Blue Ribbon

Blue Ribbon is the master stroke of chefs and restaurateurs, Eric and Bruce Bromberg. Occupying a pinnacle on the gastronomic landscape in New York since its addition to the Blue Ribbon Restaurants family in 2007, Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill has brought to Las Vegas a food lovers' heaven: an award-winning and spectacular sushi citadel, an exquisite Japanese steak house and almost everything in between. Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar and Grill's menu offers an opulent array of dramatically prepared and presented sushi and sashimi, not to be missed Blue Ribbon signature dishes such as their famous beef marrow bones, fried chicken with wasabi honey, bone-in rib steak, and miso lobster and other sumptuous favorites, all beautifully elevated, prepared and served with Blue Ribbon's original and unique flair and hospitality.

China Poblano

An entirely new concept from the innovative Chef José Andrés created for Las Vegas, showcasing his personal take on Chinese and Mexican cuisines. Noodles and tacos come together in a festive, stylish setting.

Holsteins

Holsteins is an exciting new burger concept from Las Vegas restaurateurs Billy Richardson and Chef Anthony Meidenbauer of Block 6 Hospitality. This concept was tailor-made for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas with an emphasis on fresh, natural and organic ingredients. Undoubtedly, Holsteins will bring better burgers to Las Vegas and a funky, homegrown attitude to The Strip. The menu will feature specialty burgers, house-made sausage, riffs on traditional American snacks and appetizers, as well as a wide variety of shakes and sides. All items - including toppings, buns and condiments - will be custom crafted in-house, creating Las Vegas Strip burgers unlike any other.

Jaleo

Culinary mastermind José Andrés and his ThinkFoodGroup brings the authentic flavor of a Spanish tapas restaurant to Las Vegas with the award-winning Jaleo restaurant re-imagined to include the excitement and spectacle of Las Vegas. A perennial favorite in Washington DC, Jaleo restaurant was one of the country's first successful tapas restaurants, setting the standard for Spanish cuisine in the U.S. for almost two decades.

Momofuku

Momofuku Las Vegas is Momofuku's first restaurant on the West Coast. Drawing influence from all over the world, including the United States, Korea and Japan, the menu features steamed buns, noodles, and meat and seafood meant for sharing. There are also various plays on classics, from prime rib to surf-and-turf (fried chicken and caviar). Momofuku Las Vegas, designed by Toronto-based The DesignAgency in collaboration with Momofuku, draws inspiration from Las Vegas while maintaining roots in the design tradition of Momofuku restaurants. When guests arrive, they are greeted by a series of custom neon signs within the "Peach Bar." They are then led into the main dining room, which features glass, white oak, raw oiled steel, and concrete - elements mirrored at other Momofuku locations. Artist David Choe created a five-panel mural for the dining room. Both Chang and Choe are dog lovers, and the mural features Seve Chang (David’s dog) and Rosie (Choe’s beloved Rottweiler). A raised private dining room, lined with custom carpet that includes the Momofuku peach logo, overlooks The Las Vegas Strip.

Overlook Grill

The Overlook Grill features casual fare with hints of Riviera chic. Adjacent to the Boulevard Pool, it's an indoor/outdoor dining scene that's laidback with a hint of vintage glam. The menu offers simple and straightforward American staples, including crispy fish tacos and traditional caesar salad. With its strong house-blend coffee, well-made mimosas and bloody marys it's the perfect lunch destination.

Red Plate

Red Plate’s culinary vision is led by Chef Yip Cheung, an esteemed expert in multi-regional Chinese cuisine. As Executive Chef of Red Plate, Cheung utilizes traditional Chinese techniques and preparations to present an authentic menu with hints of modern inspiration. Menu highlights include an array of carefully selected, signature roasted meats, Chinese hot pot and handmade dim sum. The restaurant’s design concept, envisioned by Marnell Companies in tandem with Celano Design Studio, is reflective of authentic Chinese design and culture, balancing elements of traditional craft, artwork and furniture with contemporary materials. The striking exterior entices guests with curved, champagne-colored walls contrasting black metal and brass detailing. The entryway flows into an intimate bar and lounge before leading to the main dining space, accented by an abstract landscape wallcovering and luxurious red banquettes. Guests will find themselves engulfed in rich tones of deep red and black accentuated by luxurious fabrics, polished marble and traces of gold.

Scarpetta

Scarpetta is a modern Italian restaurant by award-winning chef Scott Conant. An Italian expression that means “little shoe” - or the shape bread takes when used to soak up a dish - Scarpetta represents the pure pleasure of savoring a meal down to the very last taste. The restaurant’s menu and design reflect Conant's earthy yet sophisticated approach to Italian cuisine. At Scarpetta, the chef has created a satisfying and soulful menu of seasonally-inspired Italian fare.

Starbucks

A traditional Starbucks featuring non-traditional art and scenery. Sip on your favourite coffee drinks, Frappucinos and lattes while overlooking The Las Vegas Strip amidst the first-ever permanent public art installation by renowned French artist and photographer, Georges Rousse.

STK

With outposts in New York City, Miami and Los Angeles, STK is a new style Las Vegas steakhouse from The One Group and Executive Chef Stephen Hopcraft. The bustling bar scene is the centerpiece, the menu is inspired and the atmosphere relaxed with a sexy vibe created by the in-house DJ. STK Las Vegas is a celebrity hotspot that breaks with tradition, offering a flirty, feminine take on the classic American steakhouse.

Superfrico
