Download your ticket(s) directly to your smartphone (or print in advance if you do not have a smartphone) and present the QR code at the entrance to Universal Studios Hollywood when prompted. Tickets are date specific and your first visit to Universal Studios Hollywood must be taken on the date selected at the time of booking. The ticket start date can be amended, subject to availability. We won't charge an amendment fee for changing the date of your ticket, but new prices may apply.
Park, attractions, entertainment or specific benefits may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and liability.
Theme park rides and attractions are designed to provide unique experiences and thrills and some may not be suitable for customers with specific medical conditions including but not limited to guests with a history of heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure, guests with back, neck, or similar physical conditions, expectant mothers, guests susceptible to motion sickness or dizziness or with a medical sensitivity to strobe effects.
*Buy a day, get a day free tickets - Your second visit to Universal Studios Hollywood must be taken within 6 days from your first visit to the park. Please note, the 2nd day cannot be used on 27, 28 or 29 December.
** Universal Express gives you one-time priority access to each ride and attraction plus one-time priority seating at all live shows. Express Access is a separate line with a shorter wait time. At this time, Universal Express is not valid for Mario Kart™: Bowser’s Challenge. If you wish to enjoy any of the rides, attractions or shows a second time you must join the regular queue.
