Know Before You Go

It is standard practice for resorts/hotels within the USA to charge a mandatory resort fee which is payable locally. This fee can be anywhere between $5 to $50 per room per night and is not included in the cost of your Kenwood Travel holiday. Expect to pay a resort fee of approximately $47 + tax, per room per night (subject to change).

Located in the Sunset Beach Wing on the property's western edge near Sunset Beach, the Sunset Signature Rooms feature an oversized spa shower and upgraded architectural details. Each room has plantation shutters, sliding open to reveal a patio or balcony with a table and chairs offering views over the grounds. Each room features hand-crafted Thunderbird woven artwork with a blend of modern style and Southwestern culture, a 50-inch HDTV and a sitting area with a table, creating a personal sanctuary for reading, relaxing or entertaining. Optional connecting rooms create a spacious retreat.

Deluxe View Room

Deluxe View Rooms, located in the resort's main buildings, offer unobstructed views of either the pool, Lagoon or TPC Scottsdale Stadium Golf Course. As you walk down the hallway and into the open living and sleeping space, there is no question the views through the large glass doors can create lasting memories. These are ideal rooms for enjoying summer fireworks or the holiday lights from your private balcony. These renovated rooms feature warm desert accents and contemporary design inspired by the Southwest. They also bring the Arizona outdoors inside and give you a feel for our local environment. No matter which season you visit, there is always something in bloom just past your windows.

Deluxe Room

Deluxe Rooms, located in the resort's main buildings, offer partial views of the pool, Lagoon, or TPC Scottsdale Stadium Golf Course. Make a cup of coffee or tea in your room and sit quietly on your private balcony in the quiet of a serene desert morning. These luxurious rooms feature warm desert accents and contemporary Southwestern design. If you're visiting for work, finish up those last-minute tasks in your private sanctuary overlooking the lush resort grounds. There is plenty of space for getting ready for your day in bathrooms that include a large, separate dressing area and oversized shower. A connecting room is available.

Fairmont Rooms, located in the resort's main buildings, offer limited views of the gardens, courtyards, or resort grounds.
